Rachelle contacted us because she wanted to ensure that everyone had a great time at her 40th birthday party. You see Rachelle has a very outgoing personality and wanted her birthday [party to be silly and fun and wanted to incorporate as much fun stuff as possible. So we gave her our party lighting system with the glow in tha dark bubble and our super powerful blacklight. Needless to say everyone had a great time! Don’t take our word for it. Jeremy and Cindy came to us wanting some special elements incorporated into their wedding so thier wedding wasn’t like anyones elses. They wanted it to be fun and NOT Boring like the usual wedding are.
So we came up with a classic first dance. This first dance was going to poke fun at the typical first dance. What we did was was make it so it was like the audience could hear what the bride and groom were thinking while they were dancing. It worked great and everyone loved it. This definately created a memory that both the Miers and thier guests will remember forever. We posted a video of it so you can enjoy it to. Its ok, we knw the competition will copy it, but thats ok, While they are copying it, we’ll be creating something new. Enjoy!

This wedding took place at the Surf and Sand Resort in Laguna Beach CA (yes, the same place the TV show is about). The bride and groom wanted elegant yet fun. They were a crazy couple who really wanted to accent thier personalities. So that is exactly what we did. We did a grand entrance the brought the entire reception to their feet and ended up in a thunderous applause. It really was special and unlike anything you have ever seen before. Unfortunately we did not video the Grand Entrance and wouldn’t share our secrets anyways. You’ll have to hire us to see how we can make your wedding special

This wedding was taking place on the water (or as close as you can get to it) in Newport Beach. This was at the Harborside Pavillion. The ceremony took place on a boat and then the boat docked right outside the hall and everyone filtered into the pavillion.
The bride and groom own a weddig planning service and were very particular about what they wanted. They wanted elegant..yet fun. That is exactly what we set out to give them. We utlized our bubble machine for the firstdance and Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances which made ofr great pictures, and we used our Name in lights package with our intermediate lighting package.

Yep, you read this right! I received a frantic call from a wedding coordinator that I had worked with before asking if we were available for a wedding on May 31st. I was supposed to go Tuna Fishing in San Diego but cancelled the trip to help her out.
What had happened was the bride had hired a low priced DJ a couple of months prior only to have him start changing things on her. First he told her that he wasn’t going to be the one performing the wedding, then the second guy he assigned canceled and the third guy said he wouldn’t do certain things and all of this happened 5 days before the wedding. This as you can imagine, sent the bride into hysterics.
Then enters Music Man Event Professionals. We normally like lots of time to work with our brides and grooms to develope a customized, unique wedding experience. We just didn’t have the time and quite frankly, the bride and groom were too busy finalizing things to meet with us at all. So we spent all day and night on Thursday and Friday putting together what we thought would be the perfect weddng for this bride and groom. This video shows the final results. We received this letter from the bride afterwards…
